As of April 5, 2025, the U.S. Government has implemented a 10% Import Tariff on goods of Australian Origin entering the United States and 145% on goods of Chinese Origin.

If you choose to order directly from Foil Drive, you are considered the importer of record and will be responsible for:

• Clearing goods through U.S. Customs, including payment of the import tariffs, duties and fees.
• Completing all required import documentation, including Form 5106, which may be requested.

Please Note:

• While the majority of Foil Drive products are of Australian origin, some items are of Chinese Origin.
  
• If you order products of Chinese Origin, you may be subject to the Current 145% Chinese Import Tariffs.

If you are unsure of the origin of your order, please consult your local dealer. They will either assist you with information, or may already have stock on hand!

Important: Prices listed on the Foil Drive website do not include import tariffs and duties.

When purchasing from Foil Drive website, you are considered the importer and liable for clearing the goods through customs and any associated clearance charges. More updates available soon.
